INVESTORS

Investor relationships within the Asia Pacific Group can be strategically established in tax-efficient jurisdictions with robust legal frameworks, such as Myanmar Investment Law, which meets international standards.

The initial phases of the project include:

  1. Conceptual project planning and market analysis.
  2. Advancing the project through the Project Bank/Rule process and securing Special Economic Zone and Industrial Zone designations as needed.
  3. Identifying potential users, junior developers, and funding sources.
  4. Designing and building initial infrastructure for Phase 1 development as required.

An estimated sum ranging from USD 8 billion to USD 26 billion will be sourced from both private and public channels to finance the design and construction of infrastructure for each project phase.

The site developer/user will finance all land acquisition and construction activities on their respective site. Currently, we have secured over 4000+ acres of land both on the seashore and in close proximity to it at the project site.
