All required procedures have been completed, and we are awaiting the signing of a 30-year contract with the relevant Ministry.
Additionally, Asia Pacific Group has applied to obtain 13,000 acres of agricultural land, with the potential to extend to 100,000 acres, for palm oil/ vegetable oil plantation in Southern Myanmar.
Currently, we are in the process of developing storage oil tanks, ports, industrial zones, an eco-city, and other infrastructural projects in a highly strategic area of Myanmar, poised to become a pivotal logistics hub in proximity to the Indian Ocean. Currently obtained 4000+ acres of land.

In November 2014, Super Axis Company Ltd decided to withdraw their Deep Seaport Project at Nga Yoke Kaung Bay area, which had been approved by the Myanmar Investment Commission two years earlier on February 22, 2012. Asia Pacific Group then informed the Ayeyarwady Regional Government the decision and expressed our intention to take over the project. We officially submitted our proposal on December 16, 2014.
In 2015, we received official approvals to conduct a detailed Feasibility Study and began purchasing land from local farmers and landowners at existing prices. However, there was a change in the government. Collaborating with the new government, Asia Pacific Group resubmitted our proposal and obtained new approval from the Ayeyarwady Regional Government.
Currently, we plan to proceed with more detailed Feasibility Studies in collaboration with the existing government. We are aiming to construct tank farms for Oil and Gas, an Industrial zone, Container port, and Food Storage Facilities on our own lands spanning over 4000+ acres.
